All Purchases: Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges for purchases through Caelona.com. Every product purchase from Caelona.com is protected by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, we will refund the purchase price within 30 days of delivery. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.
